Royal Source Trade – FZCO (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This notice explains what we collect through it and why.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into an inquiry form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the trading sector you select, an optional subject line, and your message. We also record which form on the site the inquiry came from so we can route it correctly.
Our server keeps standard web logs, which include your IP address and browser user agent. We use these for security and abuse prevention, such as rate-limiting repeated form submissions.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To contact you about the trade you asked us about.
- To keep a commercial record of the enquiries we receive.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing. Inquiry details are emailed to our own company mailboxes at info@royalsourcetrade.com and ceo@royalsourcetrade.com.
Third-party content
The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame, and our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts. Loading these means your browser contacts Google servers, which is subject to Google’s own privacy policy. No other third-party analytics or advertising trackers run on this site.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed for the commercial relationship and any applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to provide a copy of, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us by emailing info@royalsourcetrade.com.
